Background & Experience

Shelly has twenty-two years in the real estate business with eleven of those years being broker/owner of Pine Creek Real Estate in Galeton, PA. During that time, she has managed a small residential real estate company in the quaint town of Galeton right along Pine Creek. Along with the residential agency, Shelly started to focus on the campground industry in 2011 and has listed and sold many campgrounds in Pennsylvania since then.

Shelly’s background and education in business management and her passion for the outdoors and nature has helped the company to grow into the successful commercial campground sales agency that it is today! Her belief in good communication, solution focused ideas, and detail-oriented tasks provides a win/win situation right up to and at the closing table.

NAI Pine Creek Campgrounds will open new doors for Shelly and her staff to facilitate transactions on the east coast from Florida to New York State. Background & Experience

Ryan Rounds is a broker at NAI Pine Creek Campgrounds with 6 years of real estate and 13 years of business management experience. He has a passion for closing the deal while ensuring client satisfaction. Focusing on a “boots on the ground approach”, Ryan makes sure that even the smallest detail is considered and that all I’s are dotted and all T’s are crossed, ensuring a smooth and personalized buying or selling experience.

Ryan has put his degree in Business Administration to good use having most recently owned and operated a successful golf course & restaurant business. It was the sale of this business that made him realize that his passion was the marketing and sale of properties within the hospitality industry. He is looking forward to meeting many new people and learning about their businesses.

When he’s not in the trenches closing deals, Ryan enjoys the great outdoors with his wife, daughters and dogs.

Edward Ryan

Background & Experience

Edward Ryan began his career in the Hospitality Industry at the age of 15 in East Hampton, New York, while lifeguarding at an indoor pool at a beachfront resort.  After studying Hospitality Management at SUNY Cobleskill and Florida International University, Edward had the privilege of working at the Fontainebleau Hilton, which was Hilton Hotels Showcase property. Hilton Hotels gave him the opportunity to work at their premier properties which included the Atlanta Airport Hilton, Hilton at Short Hills, NJ (Hiltons only Five Diamond Property) and the Pointe Hilton Resort at South Mountain in Phoenix, AZ. After leaving Hilton Hotels in 1999, Edward returned to Florida to expand his experience at exclusive beachfront resorts which included South Seas Resort, Captiva Island, and The Club at Hammock Beach, Palm Coast.  

In 2004, Edward chose to leave the Hotel and Resort Industry to raise his family in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania and began a career as a Real Estate Agent with Century 21. As a Real Estate agent, he assisted countless clients to buy and sell residential properties and parcels of land and received numerous accolades and recognitions for his performance in meeting client’s needs.  In 2009, while still working as a Real Estate Agent, Edward began a career as a Residential Appraiser and has been appraising properties for 13 years.  

Edward has always enjoyed the opportunity to assist individuals in achieving their goals. The process of finding the right campground or selling a campground can be a unique and challenging process.  Edward’s experience in the Hospitality, Real Estate, and the Appraisal Industry will help to facilitate finding qualified buyers and/or acquiring the right property.
