About Us

Pine Creek Real Estate was formed on September 14, 2011, in Galeton, Pennsylvania. Then in 2012, Broker, Shelly Wattles, decided to specialize in the campground industry. Pine Creek Campgrounds was then formed and has been growing by leaps and bounds ever since. Pine Creek Campgrounds has been assisting parks of all types and sizes in the process of transitioning to new owners.

Then in October 2022, the group joined NAI Global and formed NAI Pine Creek Campgrounds. With the main office at 20C Bridge Street, Galeton, PA, the group previously focused in Pennsylvania and New York State. Since joining NAI, the focus will be on the entire east coast as well as PA and NY.

The entire staff has a passion for camping and the outdoors. We work with buyers interested in campgrounds and parks to help them meet their needs in finding just the right park. We know that these buyers will spend the next few years working to grow and tailor the park to their vision.

We work with campground owners in helping them to detail an exit plan, whether it be now, in the near future, or in three to five years, we love to talk with campground owners in this capacity. An exit plan is an important part of owning and building a campground.

We know that buying or selling a campground is a big decision and a life-changing event. We will be there throughout the entire transaction ensuring that the details are handled in such a way as to make it as worry-free for both parties as possible.
